Trochę o kulturze języka arabskiego. Wspólny posiłek jest częścią życia rodziny w każdym narodzie i kulturze. Jedni celebrują ten wspólny czas z rodziną, inni jedzą w pośpiechu. Z domu rodzinnego pamiętam wspólne posiłki. Tu, w Egipcie jest podobnie. Nowością jest tylko to, że dopiero po zjedzeniu posiłku życzy się "smacznego" - Bilhana łi alshifa!* -  Niech ten posiłek będzie dla Ciebie pożytkiem (dobrobytem) i wyjdzie Ci na zdrowie. Przed i po posiłku można wyrazić swoje podziękowanie, docenienie wysiłków gospodyni mówiąc: Teslam idiki* - Niech Twoje ręce będą błogosławione. Generalnie, język arabski jest bardzo bogaty w wyrażenia. To co my wyrazimy w jednym zdaniu, Egipcjanin doda do tego trzy inne!:) 

Więc niech dzisiejsze posiłki będą smaczne i wyjdą Wam na zdrowie, a ręce niech będą błogosławione!

A little bit about the culture of the Arabic language. Eating together is part of family life in every nation and culture. Some people celebrate this time together with their family, others eat in a hurry. I remember having meals together with my family home. It is similar here in Egypt. The only thing that is new is that only after eating the meal, you wish "Enjoy the meal" - Bilhana we alsheefa! * - Let this meal be your benefit (prosperity) and be good for your health. Before and after the meal, you can express your thanks, appreciation for the hostess's efforts by saying: Teslam ideki * - May your hands be blessed. Generally speaking, the Arabic language is very rich in expressions. What we express in one sentence, the Egyptian will add 3 others to it!:)
